Looking to get active, build confidence, and connect with others in a safe and supportive space?
The Australian Refugee Association is offering FREE 8‑week gym sessions for women and girls (16+) from refugee and migrant backgrounds.

Beginner-friendly guided sessions
Learn how to use gym equipment safely
Focus on health and wellbeing
Meet new people in a welcoming, women-only environment
