💙💛 WHAT A NIGHT TO BE A MARLIN! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Our latest Club Night was another one for the memory books! 🤩🙌

We were incredibly lucky to have German Olympic swimmer Leonie Kullman join us, kicking things off by running some fantastic training sessions with our squad swimmers! 🏊‍♀️💪

And if that wasn't exciting enough, Leonie kindly stuck around for a Q&A session with our swimmers and parents, sharing her experiences, knowledge and insights into life as an Olympic athlete! 🇩🇪🌟

A HUGE thank you to Leonie for giving up her time and providing our swimmers with such an amazing opportunity. It's not every day you get to learn from an Olympian! 🥰

The rest of the night was everything we love about our Marlins family — lots of laughter, fun, friendships and happy faces! 💙💛

These are the nights that remind us that swimming is about so much more than just racing and PBs. It's about the friendships we make, the memories we create and being part of something special! 🥹

We love our Marlins family! 🦈💙💛

💙💛 CENTRALS CARNIVAL WRAP-UP 💛💙

What a great day of racing at Centrals on Saturday! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

The day kicked off with Centrals’ Mini Carnival, and it was so wonderful to see so many amazing little swimmers getting in, having a go and experiencing the fun of racing! 🥰👏 There were plenty of smiles and some future swimming stars in the making! 🌟

Our older Marlins hit the water from 11am and they certainly went for it! 💪🔥 Lots of PBs, great racing and plenty of kids kicking goals. Well done, Marlins! 💙💛

A huge thank you to all our parents who helped pack down the marquees at the end of the day, to Irish for all the fantastic photos 📸, and of course to our amazing coaches for continuing to guide, encourage and support our swimmers.

🏊‍♀️💙💛 TAS DISTANCE MEET 💛💙🏊‍♂️

Last week, our Marlins took on the TAS Distance Meet and absolutely smashed it! 🙌

There were plenty of fantastic swims, lots of PBs, and a few of our swimmers even ticked off the 1500m Freestyle! 😱👏 That’s a LONG way up and down the black line!

So proud of everyone for giving it their all and taking on those longer events. 💪🐟

A huge thank you to TAS Swimming Cairns for having us and putting on a great meet! 💙💛

🏊‍♀️💙💛 WHAT A GREAT NIGHT AT THE MARLINS! 💛💙🏊‍♂️

We had such a fantastic Come & Try Night / Club Night! It was so lovely seeing our older swimmers getting involved and helping our Learn to Swim kiddos experience a little taste of competitive swimming. 🥰

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the night such a success!

🌭 Ray & Shannon – keeping everyone fed on the BBQ
💧 Yumi – making sure everyone stayed hydrated and fed
📸 Jackie – capturing all the fun with some amazing photos
🏊 Coaches Goshi, Kaname & Jay – kept very busy with noodle races, racing and plenty of fun in the pool
👏 Ben – keeping everything running smoothly poolside while also bringing along his very own cheer squad, Poppy & Alfie! 😂💙💛

One of the best parts of the night was watching our littlest swimmers have a go at racing in a fun, relaxed environment. There were lots of smiles, plenty of cheering and every single one of them gave it a red hot go! 🌟

And a special thank you to our older Marlins who jumped in to help, encourage and support the younger swimmers. Seeing our swimmers give back and make the little ones feel welcome is exactly what club nights like this are all about. 💙

We hope our Learn to Swim families had as much fun as we did and that we’ll see plenty of those little faces back again soon!

Great work, Marlins! 🦈💙💛
