Earlier: Police have revoked an earlier emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act.
A crime scene has now been declared at the Queensport Road business, with emergency services remaining on scene and are conducting initial enquires into the cause of the fire.
Traffic delays are still expected this morning due to smoke from the fire, and motorists are asked to drive to conditions in and around the area.
Investigations are ongoing.
