2026 is here. It’s time all projects were interactive, not just downloadable.
We put this into practice for the ACT Government Stage 2B Draft Environmental Impact Statement, creating a portal that allowed stakeholders to explore proposed by precinct or topic, review supporting studies and information - all in one context specific, accessible, digital-first platform. Since 2018, we’ve been at the forefront of Digital EES/EIS and pioneering a new way of communicating complex environmental information when the industry was still reliant on static PDFs and fragmented consultation processes.
What started as innovation has now become proven practice. We’ve delivered dozens of Digital EES/EIS portals across a range of sectors and project scales, continuously refining our approach based on real-world engagement, stakeholder feedback, and evolving expectations.

Good design helps people understand what matters ✏️
On World Design Day, we’re celebrating the role design plays in turning complex information into clear, meaningful experiences.
For us, design sits at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and infrastructure. Whether it’s interactive maps, immersive environments or digital engagement platforms, thoughtful design helps communities explore, understand and connect with the projects shaping their world.
Great design isn’t just about how something looks - it’s about how people experience, navigate and make sense of it.
Happy World Design Day to the designers, thinkers and problem-solvers helping make complex ideas easier to understand.

What if you could test and evaluate critical design decisions before fabrication and construction even begins?
We’ve partnered with Port Waratah Coal Services to deliver a Virtual Reality (VR) simulator for optimising design and supporting operational readiness in their projects.
Built on our Spatial Reality platform, the simulator allows engineering, operations and maintenance teams to step inside a digital twin to assess design elements and provide feedback from their personal experience on safety, access, visibility and function.
Delivered through a structured process of discovery, wireframing, testing and deployment, the solution is now installed on-site as an effective tool for the project team.
For complex industrial infrastructure, innovative tools like this are shifting decision-making earlier in the project lifecycle, ultimately reducing risk, improving safety outcomes, and helping teams design with real operational insight.
It’s a powerful example of how immersive technology can support better design decisions and training outcomes.

Major infrastructure and energy projects rely on Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Effects Statements (EES) to communicate complex information and support informed decision-making.
But when hundreds (sometimes thousands) of pages of technical documentation are delivered as static PDFs, accessibility and understanding can quickly become a challenge.
That’s where Digital EIS/EES changes the game when it comes to community engagement.
As projects grow more complex and communities expect clearer communication, the shift from static documents to engaging, digital experiences is essential. Many state governments are beginning to mandate the use of Digital EIS/EES’s for large scale projects, and this need to comply will only grow.
Talk to our team about how we’re redefining the way environmental documentation is transformed into powerful, interactive platforms that drive deeper understanding, broaden accessibility, and meaningfully elevate stakeholder engagement.
