We were truly humbled to receive such heartfelt recognition from our friends at Icon Funeral Services with some positive feedback for our team not to mention celebrating ten years of partnership with Statewide Mortuary Transfers. 🥳

Their kind words highlighted what our work is really about, going beyond the transfer to provide compassion, dignity and care to families during their most difficult moments.

A special shout out to Jason (Wilson) for going the extra mile to make an additional stop by a family home to collect clothing for a loved one. This simple gesture made an enormous impression on the family. 🏅

A second shout out to Scott and Amanda who worked alongside our team during a home transfer that posed both physical and logistical challenges. They showed determination, professionalism and respect. The family was visibly moved to tears and continue to pass on their sincere gratitude 🙏

Both examples demonstrate the difference that small gestures and genuine care can make.

Of course none of this would be possible without the tireless efforts of the office team working behind the scenes taking our calls, coordinating transfers and ensuring things run as smooth as possible every day. 🏅

What a way to finish up a bustling week at the Statewide HQ yesterday. We were lucky enough to receive a quick visit with Lee & Sandy from Walter Carter Funerals.

Thank you for making the trip to hand deliver a special gift basket to our Maddison who is primarily being kept in isolation while recovering from her surgery. 🥰🤩

Now I know we spotted some Walter Carter chocolates in that basket 🧺 although I dare say they are long gone 😅😅

How blessed are we to have such thoughtful friends and clients all wrapped up in one?

Thank you for taking the time out of a busy Friday to do this. It truly means a lot.

It’s celebration day in the Statewide office …. Today marks 1 year since Tyne transitioned from the road into the office. Originally hired to be phone support for the coord team, she has blossomed and become so much more. Tyne has embraced all that has been thrown at her with an ‘absolutely’ attitude (plus the odd eye roll) and is now the backbone to all our office admin! It’s been a rollercoaster of a year but she’s still here, bringing smiles and a touch of pink wherever she goes! Let’s look forward to the years to come!

Craig sure had a great start to his work week beginning with a scenic drive that took him through the small mountain village of Capertee. He stopped to take some pictures for everyone of Capertree Valley which is dubbed as “Australia’s Grand Canyon”.

Continuing on his trip he went all the way to Tweed heads where he got to see his beautiful granddaughter for the first time in 4 months! 🤩 She happily took a pic with poppy next to his Statewide van! What a precious moment. A big thank you to Craig’s daughter for allowing us to share such a sweet photo 🩷

Not many jobs where you get that opportunity 😊🙌

We’re thrilled to share the wonderful news that our beautiful Maddison Jade Howland the First has successfully undergone her kidney transplant and will be getting her first slice of freedom today as she walks out of hospital!! 🏥✨
We are all incredibly blown away (including the medical team) with how well she has done 🙌

After a journey filled with hope, courage and a little uncertainty, Maddie and Tammy couldn’t be more grateful right now.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible medical team and the donor who made this possible. A special reminder of the life changing gift of organ donation. One selfless act can give someone a second chance at life. 🩷🤩

Here’s to healing, new beginnings and brighter days ahead! 🤍🤍

Today, organ donation holds a special meaning for our workplace as our very own ✨ Maddison Jade Howland The First ✨ is undergoing a transplant this evening thanks to a special person who happened to be a match.

Organ donation is one of the most selfless acts of kindness, offering hope, changing lives and giving families more precious moments together.

To our beautiful Maddie, we are incredibly proud of you and We’re thinking of you and sending all our love and best wishes for a successful surgery and a smooth recovery.❤️‍🩹
