Our Story

We Exist To Secure Housing, Employment and Good Mental Health For Those Experiencing Disadvantage.

Unique to the JBNProject is our mission to improve equality of opportunity. We believe that the best starting point is to ensure that everyone is housed, employed and has good mental health. We believe everyone deserves access to help, regardless of how they come to need it. Regardless if you are 15 or 50 you are unable to make the most of opportunities without being housed, employed and having good mental health.

We build connection, happiness, purpose and understanding through identification & management of resources from out partners, into complete outcomes for people in need.

Working across our four pillars of good impact and three barriers to equality of opportunity, we ensure positive impacts flow out from out partners into the lives of communities and individuals who are experiencing disadvantage. We also ensure that positive impacts get into the lives and organisations of our partners, through innovative, transformative and strengths based impact integration strategies.

Does that sound different? Probably because we're the only organisation in the world that does all that. What does all that mean?

It means that there is no better place to do good. That we want you to get more out of your positive impacts than simply the chance to tell everyone you did something. We want you to do what you are good at, to help people, and if you aren't sure what you are good at, we'll help you work it out.
