This book celebrates the similarities that unite people all around the world.
Following the story, we will have an indoor scavenger hunt for extra fun!

In St Arnaud (Thursday at 10.30am) we will be reading 'Knock Knock', written by Catherine Meatheringham and illustrated by Deb Hudson.
This book is a joyous celebration of children, culture and language around the world. Knock on doors in different countries and discover what the occupants say for 'knock' and 'hello'.

We hope you can join us 😊

MEET THE AUTHOR - Clare Reilly 🌟

What happens when the path ahead looks impossible?
When Multiple Sclerosis changed Clare Reilly's life, she made a decision that would redefine her future. Rather than allowing a wheelchair to limit her world, Clare embraced adventure, resilience and the determination to keep exploring the places she loves.

In 'Wheelchair Meets Wilderness', Clare shares her deeply personal journey of navigating life with disability while refusing to let it define her.

Grampians Community Health is hosting a Meet the Author event at Stawell Library on Sunday, November 8 from 2.30pm to 5pm.
Come along and hear Clare Reilly - Multiple Sclerosis Advocate speak about her book and her journey.

🩺GCH will also be offering free health checks.
📚Book sales available, with proceeds going to MS research.

We will be celebrating Children's Week at Northern Grampians Libraries, because we believe in recognising and supporting the talents, skills, achievements and rights of children!

We will be hosting our regular 10am story time sessions next week (at St Arnaud and Stawell branches on Thursday with an additional session in Stawell on Friday), which will feature a focus on Children's Week.

This year's theme is based on UNCRC Article 30, which affirms that:
🌟Children have the right to use their own language
🌟Children have the right to celebrate their culture
🌟Children have the right to practise their religion
