"Those Who Serve" documentary trailer 19/08/2025

‘Those Who Serve’ is a documentary that tells the story of the creation of the Caroline Springs RSL and shines a light on the veterans who have made it into a thriving success story. It shows how one RSL became a leading light in a local community and fulfilled its purpose of helping the veterans of today while preserving the memory of veterans of the past.

The documentary features interviews with local veterans from the Second World War to Afghanistan. It is an honest and often raw account of what it means to be a veteran today, including the last interview with Second World War veteran Allan Godfrey.

The culmination of three years’ work, ‘Those Who Serve’ screened nationally on SBS TV this Thursday 14 August and is now available on SBS On-Demand.
Watch the trailer for the documentary at: https://vimeo.com/951778917?fl=pl&fe=vl&pgroup=plv

And on SBS on Demand: https://ow.ly/uCbN50WHVpb.

We will remember them.
