Rita is a proud Filipino-Australian whose journey is marked by culture, community service, and outstanding achievement.

Born and raised in Manila, Rita migrated to Australia in 1985 and built a successful career across health and finance. She is the co-founder of the OZFil Group, dedicated to preserving and promoting Filipino culture through dance and performance.

Rita has also earned recognition in pageantry, modelling, and cultural advocacy, receiving numerous titles and awards both in Australia and internationally.

From performing at Parliament House to serving the community through fundraising and support initiatives, Rita continues to inspire through her passion, elegance, and commitment to uplifting Filipino heritage across generations.

Rizza Morales, a Melbourne-based entertainment producer and event organiser dedicated to bringing Filipino concerts, fashion shows, and cultural events to life in Australia.

Known for her calm, hands-on approach and genuine care for the community, Rizza creates events that feel welcoming, nostalgic, and proudly Filipino. Alongside her work in entertainment, she is also an accountant and currently studying migration law, bringing professionalism, attention to detail, and passion to everything she does.

Through AERA Productions, Rizza continues to bring people together, celebrate Filipino culture, and create opportunities for businesses and creatives to shine.

Siobhan is an Australian-Filipina public servant, community advocate, performer, and survivor whose life story is filled with resilience, faith, and purpose.

Born in Manila, Siobhan’s journey has taken her from the Philippines to Australia, where she faced and overcame domestic violence, homelessness, identity fraud, and serious illness.

Through courage, prayer, determination, and deep compassion, she rebuilt her life as a single mother of two and now serves the community through her work with Services Australia. A cancer survivor and a woman of strong faith, Siobhan believes in empathy over criticism, love over bitterness, and healing through prayer, meditation, and forgiveness.

Her story is powerful, moving, and deeply inspiring — a true reflection of strength, service, and grace.
