NSW welcomes business, investor migrants and highly skilled migrants to live, work and invest in NSW. Some important information for prospective applicants to consider:

-Invitation rounds for the Skilled Nominated Visas (subclass 190) and the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) do not occur on a set date and are not announced beforehand

-It is highly important that if you are invited to apply, the evidence you provide matches the information in your SkillSelect EOI and meets NSW's nomination criteria

-It is important that all applicants read their invitation letter carefully and only apply once they have confirmed eligibility for nomination by NSW

-NSW does not prioritise an application for any reason

Due to significant demand for nomination by NSW, the likelihood of being invited to apply is low and prospective applicants are encouraged to consider other available visa options that may be available to them.
