Our latest poll asked which promise people would most want their next employer to keep. Over half of respondents chose ‘Do what you say you’ll do’, highlighting just how important it is for employers to follow through on their commitments. While the results varied, there’s a common theme across all four options: trust. Whether it’s keeping promises, being transparent or welcoming feedback, these are all important parts of building strong working relationships.
