To inspire a successful mindset, both on and off the court.

Our mission is to use basketball to connect and build motivation, resiliency and employment opportunities for young people in our communities through our basketball clubs and employment hubs. Charity Bounce is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth by providing basketball clubs and employment hubs that foster resilience, empower personal development, facilitate job readiness and employment opportunities, and support young people towards positive futures and fulfilling careers. Through our basketball clubs, we create a safe and supportive environment for youth to discover their true potential, develop essential life skills, and cultivate a sense of belonging and teamwork. By emphasising resilience and character-building, we empower these young individuals to overcome adversities they may face, both on and off the court and increase their ability to succeed in life and transition to work. In our employment hubs, our dedicated team work closely with participants to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to secure meaningful employment and map out future career pathways. We aim to equip at-risk youth with valuable job skills, job readiness training, and connect them with local employers who value their potential and provide pathways to successful job placements. Our ultimate goal is to break the cycle of underemployment, poverty, and limited opportunities by giving at-risk youth the chance to transform their lives and access jobs. We understand that young people who are not engaged in education, training or paid employment by the age of 24 are most at risk of experiencing future long-term unemployment.

Thrilled to see our 2026 Coach of the Year Ebony-Jade Annor featured in the new In Their Corner spotlight! 🏀✨

At Bounce, we know that basketball is the hook, but the court is truly the classroom.

Coaches like Ebony are on the frontlines at our Clubs, using the game to build resilient mindsets and create real employment pathways for young people off the court.

It's so inspiring to see what happens when we back local leaders to change lives.

Huge thanks to the Beyond Sport team for championing these stories and sharing this movement worldwide!

Meet Charity Bounce coach Ebony-Jade Annor, part of Beyond Sport’s Futures in Motion program with New Balance Foundation, as she shares her journey from participant to coach.

No shortcuts, no comparisons, just getting 1% better, every day.

It's the mindset our Club Coaches (many of them Bounce graduates themselves) build in every player who steps onto the court, because it's the same mindset that carries them into a job, a classroom, or their next chapter.

Basketball is the hook. Growth is the goal. 🏀

Before the skills, before the scoreboard — confidence starts here.

This is Stage 1 of the Bounce journey: a culturally safe space where kids feel like they belong before we ever ask them to compete.

For many of our young people, this is the first step toward something much bigger than the game. 🏀

Growth isn't comfortable — and that's exactly what our Bounce Clubs are built for.

Every drill and every hard practice is a habit taking shape, and for the young people who walk through our doors, that habit becomes something bigger than basketball.

It becomes discipline, confidence, and belief in what they're capable of. Because at Bounce, the court is the classroom. 🏀

Behind every young person finding their footing, there's a coach who never gave up on them.

Our Bounce coaches aren't just basketball trainers. They're mentors, listeners, and believers. They show up, on the court and off it.

When you donate to Bounce, you're not just funding a program. You're backing people like this, who pour everything into our young ones.

Thank you to every coach who makes Bounce what it is. 🏀🧡

"Excellence is not a singular act but a habit. You are what you repeatedly do." - Shaquille O'Neal

Every young person who walks through Bounce's doors is building a habit. Not just on the court, but in life.

Showing up. Trying again. Growing. That's what we build here.

Help us keep the courts open and the futures bright. 🏀 Link in bio to donate.

Every parent knows that moment.

When something just clicks.
When confidence starts to grow.
When your child begins to believe, “I can do this.”

At Bounce, we see it every week.
Not just in skills, but in mindset, effort, and self-belief.

Those small moments? They shape everything that comes next.
