Before establishing Egan Associates, John co-founded and built Cullen Egan Dell where he developed what became the renowned CED job evaluation methodology and created varied remuneration and benefits surveys. Cullen Egan Dell later became part of the Noble Lowndes Group (which John led) and has since been integrated with Mercer.
