Our Bring It Forward CSR experience combines Team Bonding’s LEGO Legends event with the incredible work of Bricks & Smiles – The Zac Minty Legacy Project.

While teams get creative, collaborate and put their LEGO-building skills to the test, our wonderful clients help bring something even more special to life by donating LEGO sets to children going through cancer treatment.

Inspired by Zac Minty’s love of LEGO, Bricks & Smiles gives children the chance to choose their dream LEGO set, bringing moments of joy, creativity and escape when they need it most.

It’s team building with a bigger purpose, turning a fun team experience into an opportunity to give back and make a meaningful difference.

Because sometimes, the smallest bricks can build the biggest smiles. 💛

A little creativity, a lot of learning, and something handmade to take home! 🧵🪡

Team Bonding recently teamed up with UNSW for a sewing workshop where everyone learned new skills and made their very own drawstring bag!

From threading needles to stitching their bags together, it was all about giving things a go, building confidence and creating something practical along the way.

Check in with your teammates, have a proper chat and, most importantly, listen. You never know when a simple “How are you really going?” might mean a lot to someone.
