This Mental Health Month, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible work happening across every corner of New Horizons. Behind the scenes, our teams are driving meaningful connections in the communities we serve every single day.
If you are already working in this space and want to help us drive even more positive change, we are expanding our team and have a few open roles right now.
We are looking for passionate people to join our mental health and wellbeing portfolio:
โ Mental Health Service Manager (Central Coast, Blacktown/Seven Hills) - Lead our multidisciplinary team and frontline staff to deliver safe, effective and person-centred support through our CLS program.
โ Youth Su***de Prevention Peer Worker (Sydney) - Use your own lived experience to provide tailored psychosocial support that meets young people where they are and helps them build resilience.
โ General Practitioners (headspace Sydney) - Work alongside psychologists, clinicians and social workers to deliver integrated care to young people aged 12 to 25. You will have longer consultations to build real therapeutic relationships without the heavy administrative burden of traditional general practice.
โ Community Engagement Coordinator (headspace Chatswood) - Partner with young people, families and local services to run community initiatives, improve mental health literacy, and connect people to the right help. This is a part-time position working 22.8 hours per week across three days until February 2027.
โ Senior Peer Worker (Sydney) - Work closely with our clinical and lived experience leads to provide tailored psychosocial support, contribute to safety planning, and mentor team members and students.
If any of these sound like you, we would love to hear from you. Send your CV and cover letter directly to [email protected] and we will be in touch.
