Note the Cadillac in the carport. Dick Dusseldorp insisted it had to fit in. Ninos desig was accepted for production long before the drawing seen. Nino simply showed Dusseldorp a matchbox slightly opened with matchstick legs, and announced it was to be an Australian Villa Savoy for the people. He agreed on the spot and Lend Leases success began.

Nino Sydney's daughter visits the Faulconbridge Beachcomber House. Do people think an authorised family estate plans should release a Mark 5, a contemporary version for others to officially build. I sure do. Would other people like to buy council/standards compliant builders plans we now wonder?
