💜 What a stunning day out among the blossoms! 💜

Our Jacaranda Bus Trip took us on a scenic journey through the vibrant purple streets of the eastern suburbs today. 🌸✨

We enjoyed a lovely drive, soaked in the views along the harbour, and treated ourselves to a delicious lunch at Watsons Bay. To cap off a fantastic day, we even spotted some of the Sculptures by the Sea on our coastal drive back! 🌊🖼️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable outing. Where should our next adventure take us? 🚌💨

Boost your brain. Lift your mood. Have a laugh.

Drama workshops are like a gentle workout for your brain!

These fun and relaxed sessions not only give your brain a boost, but they also wake up your body – better posture, deeper breathing, and yes… even a little endorphin lift!

What are endorphins?

Endorphins are the body’s natural “feel-good” chemicals. They’re released during laughter, movement, and creative activities - reducing stress, improving mood, and supporting brain health.

Join professional coach Patrick Phillips and a creative, friendly group of members for an uplifting and energising afternoon.
