We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker in the Wollongong area to support a participant with mental health needs.

About the role

• Ongoing, regular shifts
• Community and daily living support
• Mental health–focused support
• Consistent, long-term placement

What we’re looking for

• Mental health qualification or experience (essential)
• Calm, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Experience supporting complex needs (preferred)

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Relevant mental health qualification or training
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
