From humble beginnings as the Macarthur and Districts Association for the Disabled in 1982 with just 1 employee; we have grown to become the leading disability service provider in the South West Sydney region with over 300 staff providing support to thousands of participants through over 30 programs and services in 13 locations across the Macarthur, Liverpool, Wollondilly and Wingecaribee shires.
