A tea journey
The founder of the business, En Jie, was a medical practitioner turned public health researcher before she started the business: Valley Green Tea (https://www.valleygreentea.com.au).
She was born in China and grew up in the tea country of China – the Fu Jian province.
She migrated to Australia two years after finishing her medical training (in western medicine) in China. She then completed a master’s degree in public health at Sydney University and started working as a public health researcher at both Macquarie University and University of NSW.
