Sydney needs more affordable homes, and Labor is delivering them.
Last week, the NSW Government announced the development of the Bays West Precinct, which will deliver more than 800 new affordable houses only 2 kilometres away from the Sydney CBD.
The development will include a new metro station and ferry wharf, because we need more homes connected to where people want to work and live. 🚅⛴️

The Albanese Labor Government have announced the third round of the HAFF. An additional 21,000 social and affordable homes funded across Australia.
Labor for housing supports these additional and much needed homes.
NSW Labor is continuing to tackle housing from all angles.
Making sure that real estate agents do their work with integrity is key. These new laws will mean bigger fines for dodgy real estate agents.
