We are a small group from the Township of Blaxland in the Blue Mountains NSW who are interested in p The vehicle was purchased in 1959 for £800.

Blaxland Bushfire Brigade's first fire tanker was a 1943 4x4 ex-RAAF CMP Blitz. This vehicle was transferred to a neighbouring brigade in 1968, eventually making it to southern rural NSW to serve as a farm vehicle.
