Grandparents, cousins, neighbours, the whole footy team... this one's for you.

People's Choice voting is open for this year's Schools Reconciliation Challenge, and anyone can have their say. Each email address gets one vote for an artwork and one for a written piece.

If a student in your life entered this year, sharing this post is a lovely way to back them and every other young person who got ALL IN.

NSW is the only place in Australia with a law that recognises Aboriginal languages.

The Aboriginal Languages Act passed NSW Parliament in October 2017, and this week we celebrate it with NSW Aboriginal Languages Week, running until Sunday.

This year’s theme from the Aboriginal Languages Trust is Living Languages, Strong Futures. It honours the language practitioners and communities who’ve spent years bringing their languages back into everyday life.

More than 35 Aboriginal languages are spoken across NSW. Do you know the language of the Country you’re on right now? Tell us in the comments. 👇

Events and free webinars are on the Trust’s website: alt.nsw.gov.au/whats-on/nsw-aboriginal-languages-week-2026

The rest of our donated laptops are now with the team at in Mount Druitt 💻

We dropped in on 7 October to hand them over. They’ll be used by staff and community members, and to help deliver the centre’s domestic and family violence workshops.

In their words: “We’re excited to see the positive impact they will have for Mob and the opportunities they will create for our community.”

Big thanks to Oneeva and Liz for having us, and to and for donating the laptops.
