Let's chat about parcel deliveries as there seems to be some confusion on Auspost vs Courier.
As we all know most of the time we, as consumers, do not know how our parcel will get to us. Sometimes it's by a courier and sometimes it's through Auspost.
If your parcel is coming via a courier and it has your po box number on it, legally we cannot accept it. This is being enforced by Auspost. BUT there is good news, we can get around this. All you need to do is add PO box plus (at a cost) which gives you up to 50 parcels from the courier that we can legally accept.
Come in and see us today about adding it to your po box lease.
If you do not have a po box, unfortunately we cannot do anything about this as the courier should attempt to deliver to your address.

**2026 Census Paper Forms**

Hi all,

We have had several customers asking us about the Census paper forms. Please be aware that we do not have paper forms. If you had requested one from Census, it may be delivered by a person, we are aware there is a person delivering them door to door in Tiaro as some residents have received them and some have not, we do not have a batch of forms with us.
We also understand the postal contractors are delivering SOME to property's that have mail delivery.

If you are looking for a paper copy, please call this number: 1800 181 227

With August 11 approaching quickly, please ensure you do this as soon as possible.

Cheers
