Here is Burt in action. We think he chose our vegie area as it was the only spot on the property with moist soil.. He works on his mound morning and afternoon. There is a girl showing some interest, but he has not won her heart yet.

This is Burt. Burt is the reason we did not finish setting up the vegie patch, why we got a very small potato crop, and why we are setting up another spot for vegies... He is however creating some great compost which we may pinch after breeding season is over. We are also learning lots about bush turkeys.
