Today, we take a moment to recognise the extraordinary men and women of the Royal Australian Army Nursing Corps.

Army nurses operate at the intersection of medicine and military service, providing world-class care in some of the most challenging environments on earth. Whether deployed on operations, assisting in humanitarian missions, or caring for our personnel at home, their dedication to "Service Before Self" never wavers.

Thank you for your skill, your bravery, and your unwavering commitment to our troops.

A privilege to host our Townsville Fire Championship winning coach to speak with junior leaders and commanders today. Shannon shared valuable insights into creating high performing teams and winning cultures. Shannon and the Townsville Fire are an amazing group that we are extremely proud of. Fire up Townsville 🔥🏀⛹️‍♀️

Joint capability on display 🚁🤝

During Ex BLACK CUTLASS, 5 AVN supported the Joint Pre Landing Force with an airlift from HMAS Choules to Townsville Field Training Area, conducting an opportunistic Aeromedical Evacuation serial with the HMAS Choules medical team. 4 HB members assisted with the handover and treatment of the simulated Rigid Inflatable Boat rollover casualty.

Congratulations to our soldiers who recently completed and marched out of SUBJ 1 CPL Course.

JNCOs play a key role as Army small team commanders. They are responsible for leading their team to achieve military tasks and for the team’s overall conduct and performance.

Great to see the PTIs from 4 HB doing what they do best, keeping people fit and healthy 💪🏃

Run Army is grateful for the support from Triple M Townsville… though I’m not convinced Cliffo was grateful at the end of this session 🫣
