An Important and Heartfelt Message to Our Clients, Employers & Community
After 36 wonderful years of providing high-quality, person-centred and life-changing services, it is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news that we have not been successful in securing a contract under the new Inclusive Employment Australia model. As a result, our final day of operation will be the 31st of October 2025.
We want to be clear: this outcome is not a reflection of our performance. There is misinformation being shared that unsuccessful tenderers were low-performing – this is simply not true. Our history is one of strong outcomes, genuine community connection, and unwavering dedication to the people and employers we’ve had the privilege to support. Many high-performing providers across the country were also not successful under this new model, due to broader government decisions unrelated to service quality.
To our loyal clients and employers – please know that you do not need to take any action at this time. The Department of Social Services will contact you directly with information about what comes next. We are here to support you through this transition in every way we can.
To our incredible team – past and present – thank you! Your compassion, professionalism, and commitment have touched countless lives. You’ve made a real difference, and we are beyond proud of what we have achieved together.
And to our community and supporters – thank you for believing in us, for walking alongside us, and for helping to shape a service that always put people first.
This is not just the end of a contract – it is the conclusion of a meaningful and impactful era. One built on trust, integrity, inclusion, and excellence. While this chapter may be closing, the legacy we leave behind will live on in the lives we’ve helped shape and the communities we’ve served.
