This is a bit of a personal post but I just wanted to share the wonderful program that is funded by Townsville City Council through our Townsville City Galleries Services.
This is my Mum’s artwork 🖼️ (I secretly think she has always wanted to be an artist 🧑🎨) and here she is at 84 doing just that! 🙌
These programs and the benefits are immeasurable to our community ♥️🧡🩷

Here’s an aerial view of current works on the Sooning Street Bridge and how good 👍 does it look 👀?
It is anticipated vehicles could be travelling across the bridge in late July 🙌🤞.

It was a privilege to be invited to be part of the panel at Rotary Club of Townsville Saintsthe event to celebrate International Women’s Day and raise funds for the next stage of the Forever Garden 🪴 at the Cemetery.
Thank you to the amazing women who have driven this project from the beginning and as I said last night - this is the good stuff that council does! 💐

The Cup is named after William Webb Ellis, who is often credited as being the inventor of Rugby 🏉.
