Werribee Toastmasters is inviting you to a free Toastmasters event happening in Sunshine tomorrow, 23rd August 2026.

If you’ve been curious about Toastmasters, this is a great opportunity to come along without any pressure to speak or join. Several clubs from across Melbourne’s west will be there, so you can meet members, watch some fantastic speakers and experience what Toastmasters is actually like.

What a night!

4-Feb-2026, the Werribee Toastmasters' 1000th — you heard that right — the 1000th Toastmaster meeting. A milestone that is hard to come by and much cherished by all of us.

The night was full of very many inspirational speeches, reminiscing of the journeys that brought us here, from nervous first speeches to confident storytellers, from shaky voices to powerful presence.

We laughed, we reflected, and we celebrated the incredible community that makes this club what it is. 1000 meetings means thousands of moments where someone found their voice, pushed past fear, and grew into a better version of themselves.

The food (homemade) that our generous members brought to share was delectable, the conversations memorable, and the memories made will last a lifetime.

Kudos to the organizers and committee members for a job well done.

Thank you to all the members and guests for participating and making this a huge success.

Welcoming one and all to our upcoming 1001st meeting on 18-Feb-2026.

✨ What a way to start the year at Werribee Toastmasters ✨

Our first meeting of the year kicked off with a record number of attendees, incredible energy in the room, and a powerful sense of connection across new and long-standing members.

A special highlight of the evening was our panel discussion, bringing together leaders who have shaped our club’s journey:
