What if good ideas are actually a barrier to success?
Good ideas can be alluring, exciting and often distracting.
However, in my experience success never comes from ideas, it only comes from implementation and action.
The best idea not implemented still makes zero impact.
A mediocre idea effectively and consistently implemented has huge impact.
So for today don't worry about how "good" the idea is, just do the thing, take the action, implement and keep taking action and see what happens!

You may be eligible for a single up-front fixed grant payment of $5,000 (excluding GST).

I’ve had a few clients in the past successfully secure similar grants to access my business consulting services. 👍

The Business Basics grants program provides support to businesses to increase core skills and adopt best practice.

This support is to fund activities including:
Training and coaching
Professional business advice

Application process is pretty easy too!

To be eligible for this grant, your business must:
not have been approved for funding under Round 1, 2 or 3 of the Business Basics grants program
have fewer than 20 employees (by head count) at the time of applying for the grant
have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST
have headquarters in Queensland
have an expected turnover of $300,000 or less in the last financial year (2021–22)
not have owners/directors that are insolvent or an undischarged bankrupt.
Your business must also maintain this eligibility for the duration of the grant funded activity.

Pick your battles. 💪

I will fight for:
⭐️ My vision
⭐️ My goals
⭐️ The relationships I truly care about.

I will stop fighting:
🛑 To please everyone
🛑 For attention
🛑 For respect from disrespectful people
🛑 For consideration from inconsiderate people
🛑 Gossip and other’s perceptions of me

I will leave those small fights for those who have nothing bigger to fight for.

I will leave the small fights for the small-minded fighters.

Personally, I have a vision to fight for that’s so much bigger than myself. Walking away from small fights helps me succeed and feel more content .

Some fights are not worth your time... and some are.
Once you’ve spent that time you can’t get it back.
Choose wisely. Fight the good fight. 💪

You know you are in a pandemic when...the CEO is sitting on front reception and answering phones. 🛎📞

2022 is off to an interesting start isn't it? 🤪

With multiple team members in isolation as close contacts at the moment I found myself in the very strange position of helping my team by covering front reception at one of our clinics.
