It is clear that the former failed Federal National Party candidate for Bendigo is confused about which Bendigo State seat he has been pre-selected for.
He announced his plan to be a candidate for the State seat of Bendigo East in the Hargreaves Mall - in Bendigo West.
He announced his preselection at Lake Weeroona - in Bendigo West.
Yesterday he was at our much-respected Lockwood CFA - also in Bendigo West.
You just can’t take the Nationals seriously when they can’t even work out the State boundaries.
The Nationals only know one direction and that’s to talk Bendigo down.
While surmising about the whereabouts of the local member - I would ask on behalf of the people of Bendigo West, where has the National Party been for the last 16 years?
What we do know is that they will always be playing second fiddle to their Liberal and One Nation chiefs.
I will continue to work hard every day as the local Member for Bendigo West to build up and deliver for our great city and the Bendigo West region.
