Our mental wellbeing is important today, tomorrow and every day. CityLife Community Care would like to invite you to our free 'Adult Stress Management' workshop, conducted by a qualified counsellor, providing you guidance on how to identify different stresses and coping strategies that can help you navigate such moments.

Children's Book Week 2025 might nearly be over but the love for books and joy of reading continue on! Take a look at some of children's books enjoyed by our staff 😀

What are some of your favourite children's books?
Reading together can inspire creativity, be relaxing and add laughter to the day. Here are some ways everyone, the young and young-at-heart, can dive into the adventure and fun of books together:
- Draw or design your own book cover
- Visit your local library for a story time session
- Tell a friend about your favourite book and ask them about their favourite book!
- Read a book you haven't read before
- Pick a word from a book and see if you can say it backwards 😄
