Hello All, Due to the closure of the Great Alpine Road and the current predicted weather conditions the 'Get Ready Day' at Mt Hotham has been postponed till a later date - watch this space for future details.

Calling all Falls Creek residents, building owners and managers. This years Summer 'Get Ready Day' will be supported by Alpine Resorts Victoria and CFA Falls Creek Fire Brigade Volunteers. Staff will be available to assist residents in preparation for bushfires. A FREE Property Advice Service is available by registering your building. This service is FREE advice as to what you can do to prepare your property for a bushfire. Drop into the Falls Creek Fire Station and find out what the brigade has been up to while they cook you a sausage! We will have activities for the kids too.

Mt Hotham properties owners and managers - Come join the CFA Mt Hotham-Dinner Plain Fire Brigade volunteers and ARV staff for a sausage or two.🌭 Staff will be available to chat about how to prepare your property should a bushfire be in the area. 🔥Demonstrations on how terrain can influence fire speed and spread will also be available (subject to weather conditions).🔥 We will have activities for the kids.
