Wellbeing Reflection Wheel - Visual Tool

The Wellbeing Reflection Wheel is a visual tool that represents various
dimensions of wellbeing. It produces a snapshot of key areas for a balanced life: health, wellbeing, family and social connections, spiritual
exploration, school or carer and financial.

It is a great tool for assessing where you are in each aspect of your life, setting goals for improvement and creating a holistic plan for a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

Affirmations are powerful statements that shape our beliefs and mindset.

What qualities do you want to cultivate within yourself? What beliefs do you want to reinforce?

Write these affirmations in your diary, on sticky notes or create a vision board. Place them where you'll see them daily, letting the positive words sink into your subconscious.

Remember, your thoughts shape your reality.

Choose affirmations that uplift, inspire and empower you to be the best version of yourself!
