Embassy of Romania to the Republic of Azerbaijan has the honor to announce the launching of the 2022-2023 academic year Program for the scholarships granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania to foreign citizens based on the Government Decision No. 288/1993.
According to the Program’s rules of procedure, each candidate will submit personally, between 20 December 2021 - 15 March 2022, a unique online application for a scholarship.
Candidates can access the online platform at https://studyinromania.gov.ro, via the Apply the MFA Scholarships button, or directly at https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro. The platform can be accessed both in English and in French.
Applications submitted directly by the applicants to the registry offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of Education, or to the e-mail addresses of the MFA employees / departments of the MFA Headquarters, or to the Romanian diplomatic missions or the foreign diplomatic missions accredited in Bucharest, will not be taken into consideration.
Each candidate will create an account on the Study in Romania platform, will fill in the requested data and upload the required documents.
The results of the scholarship selection process will be announced by e-mail on 15th of July 2022 to every candidate who applied for a scholarship.
Please note that scholarships are not awarded in the fields of Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy.

Rumıniyanın Azərbaycan Respublikasındakı Səfirliyi 288/1993 saylı Hökumət Qərarına istinadən Rumıniya Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi tərəfindən xarici vətəndaşlara verilən təhsil təqaüdləri üçün 2022-2023-cü tədris ili Proqramının başlandığını elan etməkdən şərəf duyur.

Ərizəçilər tərəfindən birbaşa Xarici İşlər Nazirliyinin və ya Təhsil Nazirliyinin qeydiyyat şöbələrinə və ya XİN əməkdaşlarının / XİN Baş Qərargahının şöbələrinin elektron poçt ünvanlarına və ya Rumıniyanın diplomatik nümayəndəliklərinə və Buxarestdə akkreditə olunmuş xarici diplomatik nümayəndəliklərə təqdim olunan ərizələr nəzərə alınmayacaqdır.
Hər bir namizəd Study in Romania platformasında hesab yaratmalı, tələb olunan məlumatları doldurmalı və tələb olunan sənədləri yükləməlidir.
Təqaüd proqramının seçim prosesinin nəticələri 15 iyul 2022-ci il tarixində təqaüd proqramı üçün müraciət etmiş hər bir namizədə elektron poçt vasitəsilə elan ediləcəkdir.
Nəzərə alın ki, tibb,stomotologiya və əczaçılıq ixtisasları nəzərdə tutulmamışdır.
