The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and the Third Sector has advised that its offices on the Third Floor of the Warrens Office Complex are presently closed, until further notice. This is as a result of excessive heat conditions due to ventilation problems with the air-conditioning system.

Members of the public are advised, however, that the Labour Department and the Barbados Employment and Career Counselling Services remain open and fully operational.

The Ministry apologises for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thanks the public for its patience and understanding as efforts are made to resolve the matter.
