Personal Touch
- Donation of food hampers to those in need either directly or via non- profits e.g. churches
- Personal support (eg financial) to non-profit organisations (e.g. churches, Parish Independent Committee, various sport groups, etc.).
- Worked with Government departments and Constituency Council to assist individuals and families.
- Facilitated implementation of projects in St. Lucy by private sector
- Commissioned an artist to draw an impression of all the churches in St. Lucy and presented the paintings to each church.
- Created The St. Lucy Heroes Wall at Moontown.

Tourism & Additional Infrastructure
- Completed wells to alleviate flooding in St. Lucy.
- Water mains replacement project (Phase1)
- Desalinated Plant at Hope
- Repaired and rebuilt houses in every area of St Lucy
- Creating safe and better access to Beaches - Archer’s Bay, Stroude Bay.
- The establishment of Solar Park at Trents

at Nestfield.

+ Projects are planned for Harrison's Point, Cove Bay,
Archers Bay, Little Bay, Stroude Bay, Lamberts Hill, and
Checker Hall.

Housing & Transportation
- Repaired and rebuilt houses in every area of St Lucy through Rural Development Commission.
- House lots at Colleton, Cluffs, Coconut Hall, Cottage and Lowlands. These will contribute to social and economic outcomes that will continue to enhance the parish.
- Road repairs have also been completed or are ongoing. These include the road connecting Alexandria and Josey Hill, Peterses, Little Bay/Pie Corner, Alexandria, Rockfield, Maycocks and Gilkes.
- Many roads were upgraded.

Know the Facts: Youth & Education
- Denis Kellman sponsors the Breakfast Program for Primary Schools in St. Lucy

- The completion of the Esbon Ifill/Amory Phillips Hall at the Daryll Jordan Secondary School.

- The completion of Play Parks in Checker Hall, Mt. Poyer, Connell Town and Coconut Hall.

- Worked with the Ministry of Education to repair & upgrade of ALL primary schools

- Provides support of ALL Eleven Plus candidates by giving a voucher to each student.

- Provides sponsorship of an annual Xmas party for the children of St. Lucy.

- Worked with organizations to provide skills training courses

- Provision of refreshments for graduation ceremonies.
