Haimchar, Chandpur

Hayemchar is an upazila of Chandpur (চাঁদপুর) District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 23.0667°N 90.6375°E. There are 2 post offices here. These areas are JGandamara and Hayemchar. The postal codes of these areas are 3661 and 3660. This Upazila was a thana in 1976 and in the year 1984, it became an Upazila.

There are 20,946 households and 174.49 square kilometers. And around 125108 people live here. There are 6 union parishads. They are subdivided into 27 mauzas and 65 villages. There are many places to visit.
