We’re Hiring: Brand Specialist / Assistant Brand Manager

At Dabur Bangladesh, we build trusted, purpose‑led brands that touch millions of lives every day. We’re looking for a Brand Specialist / Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate about brand ex*****on, market impact, and growing into a strong FMCG brand leader.

What You’ll Do?
-Drive ex*****on of ATL, BTL, digital, and in‑store brand campaigns
-Work closely with sales and trade teams to ensure strong market activation
-Coordinate with creative and media agencies on briefs, materials, and timelines
-Support media, digital, and social initiatives, including performance tracking
-Assist in product launches, renovations, and pack changes
-Track A&P spends and support post‑campaign reviews

What We’re Looking For?
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline from reputed university.
-2–5 years of experience in brand/marketing roles (FMCG experience preferred)
-Hands‑on exposure to campaign ex*****on, agency coordination, and sales alignment
-Working understanding of media, digital platforms, and brand KPIs
-Strong ownership mindset, ex*****on rigor, and eagerness to learn
