Role Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager-Interior Design to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and ex*****on of multiple Babuland branches (interior design segment) from inception to completion, across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
● Be the leader of multiple lead project teams from conception to completion while maintaining a high level of quality.
● Manage and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects, including site management, vendor management, budget tracking (in excel), and timeline maintenance.
● Communicate effectively with top management (direct report), architects, site contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project.
● Effective preplanning and maintain project timeline using GNATT CHART to keep the project on track.
● Utilize Cad software to create and review architectural drawings.
● Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
● Control material usage maintain stock reports
● Move to multiple sites (Inside/Outside Dhaka)

Educational Requirements:
Diploma/BSC in Civil or Architecture

Experience Requirements:
● Minimum 5-8 years of experience in interior design firms, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
● In-person site supervision experience.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD with other modern design tools and understanding of architectural drawings.
● Knowledge of construction and materials used for interior designing.
● A creative mindset paired with a young, dynamic, and energetic approach to tasks.
● Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficient use of excel using formulas.
● Understanding of color and design aesthetics.
● Detail-oriented and highly organized.
● Ability to work with management directly.
● Comfortable to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent, who will be eligible for Work from Home (WFH). In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction by gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and representing our brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage all customer interactions on Facebook platforms, including:
o Facebook Messenger
o Facebook Comments
o Fan Club/Community Groups
• Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Handle guest complaints received through Facebook and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
• Monitor and manage Google Reviews by replying appropriately and maintaining the company’s brand reputation.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets for collecting and organizing leads generated from Facebook campaigns or activities as per company requirements.
• Conduct survey calls with customers when required by management.
• Generate sales opportunities through Facebook Messenger communication and customer engagement.
• Prepare reports related to customer service activities, leads, complaints, surveys, or sales performance whenever required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the company or management as per operational requirements.

Educational Requirements:
• Graduate / Running Student from a reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in a Call Center environment will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements :
• Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including internet browsing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.

👔 Role Overview:
The Inventory and Cash Management Officer, is a pivotal role responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial management. 💼

📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels of raw materials, chemicals, merchandise, and all saleable and non-saleable items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments to ensure timely availability of products.
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of Products/materials.
- Handle Cash Management including opening and closing balance at the start and end of shifts.
- Maintain proper Documentation for of daily cash collection and prepare for Depositing through MFS.
- Monitor Counterfeit notes, discrepancies, or fraud attempts and report to management immediately.
- Ensure Compliance with company policies, SOP, and financial guidelines.
- Reconcile Cash/MFS/Card Balance daily and report discrepancies.
- Any other Job assigned by the management.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

👔 Role Overview:
The Inventory and Cash Management Officer, is a pivotal role responsible for safeguarding the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and financial management. 💼

📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels of raw materials, chemicals, merchandise, and all saleable and non-saleable items.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments to ensure timely availability of products.
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of Products/materials.
- Handle Cash Management including opening and closing balance at the start and end of shifts.
- Maintain proper Documentation for of daily cash collection and prepare for Depositing through MFS.
- Monitor Counterfeit notes, discrepancies, or fraud attempts and report to management immediately.
- Ensure Compliance with company policies, SOP, and financial guidelines.
- Reconcile Cash/MFS/Card Balance daily and report discrepancies.
- Any other Job assigned by the management.

🎓 Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

💪 Additional Requirements:
- Fresher or 3rd Year Running Students are encouraged to apply.
- Age not more than 25.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
