2. PublicRelations Officer (PRO)Requirements / Qualifications

•Represent the NGO to the public, media, and stakeholders
•Manage social media pages, press releases, and public statements
•Build relationships with journalists, donors, institutions, and partners
•Promote social projects, campaigns, and events
•Handle public feedback, complaints, and inquiries
•Protect and enhance the organization’s public image
•Coordinate awareness programs and advocacy initiatives
•Support fundraising and outreach activities
3. ManagementOfficer (MO)Requirements / Qualifications
•Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
•Experience in NGO or project management preferred
•Ability to coordinate multiple departments efficiently
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

•Oversee daily operational activities of the organization
•Ensure implementation of decisions made by the Board / Executive Committee
•Coordinate between departments and officers
•Monitor project timelines, resources, and outputs
•Prepare operational plans and internal reports
•Enforce organizational policies and procedures
•Support leadership in strategic planning
•Identify risks and propose corrective actions
4.Documentation Officer (DO)Requirements / Qualifications
•Excellent writing and record-keeping skills
•Attention to detail and confidentiality
•Proficiency in digital documentation tools
•Ability to organize large volumes of information
•Understanding of NGO reporting standards

•Maintain all official documents, files, and records
•Prepare meeting minutes, resolutions, and reports
•Archive project proposals, agreements, and correspondence
•Ensure proper version control and document security
•Assist in preparing donor reports and compliance documents
•Support audits and evaluations with accurate records
•Coordinate with all departments for data collection
•Preserve institutional memory of the organization
5. Digital Media & Networking Officer (DMNO)Requirements / Qualifications
•Expert in internet, social media, and digital tools.
•Experience in content creation and online networking.
•Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
•Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
•Passion for social welfare and community development.

•Manage and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
•Create engaging posts, stories, and digital content.
•Build connections and collaborations with organizations, companies, and online communities.
•Handle Google accounts, online communications, and basic analytics.
•Support online campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
