- Work in hydroponic rooms for both research and commercial production.
- Supervise and assist in soil, fertilizer, irrigation, w**d management, seed sowing, planting, and plant care activities.
- Ensure proper watering, fertilization, pruning, and overall maintenance of plants.
- Operate and maintain agricultural tools and light machinery; report technical issues to engineers when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of farm, pathways, tool sheds, and store rooms.
- Perform trimming, pruning, and removal of excess plant growth.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
