২। বিবাহ পড়ানো শেষে বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রি রেকর্ডে বর ও কনের স্বাক্ষর ও টিপ সহি নিয়ে বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রি করা হবে।
৩। বিয়ের পরে স্বামী ও স্ত্রী একজন অপরজনের বিরুদ্ধে অথবা উভয় পক্ষের অভিভাবকগণও যাতে একপক্ষ অপর পক্ষের বিরুদ্ধে অন্যায় অভিযোগ দিয়ে হয়রানি করতে না পারে সে জন্য হলফনামার মাধ্যমে কোর্ট ম্যারিজের ঘোষনা সংযুক্ত এফিডেভিট করা ।

প্রশ্নঃ ৩. বিয়ের সাথে সাথে কি কি ডকুমেন্ট দিবেন?
উত্তর: বিয়ের সাথে সাথে দুটি ডকুমেন্ট পাবেন।
১. বিবাহ রেজিস্ট্রি করার রিসিট। যা প্রমান করবে আপনারা আইন অনুযায়ী বৈধ স্বামী ও স্ত্রী।
২. কোর্ট ম্যারিজ বা কোর্ট হলফনামার মূল কপি যা সাথে সাথে দিয়ে দিবো।
