· গ্রাহকের সাথে কথা বলে পণ্যের তথ্য দেওয়া এবং অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা।
· অর্ডারের সঠিক তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও সিস্টেমে এন্ট্রি করা।
· সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্ম, ওয়েবসাইট ও অ্যাপে লাইভ চ্যাট, কমেন্ট ও কাস্টমার ইন্টারঅ্যাকশন মনিটর ও ম্যানেজ করা।
· গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও মতামতের উত্তর দেওয়া পেশাদার ও সময়মতো।
· গুরুতর সমস্যা বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভিযোগ সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে এসকেলেট করা।

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা:
· ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি / যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক।
· মডারেটর, কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট এক্সিকিউটিভ বা কল সেন্টার এজেন্ট হিসেবে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
· বাংলা ভাষায় চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং প্রাথমিক ইংরেজি জ্ঞান।
· বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিংয়ে দক্ষতা (এক্সপার্ট লেভেল) অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে।
· ধৈর্যশীল ও ভদ্রভাবে গ্রাহক হ্যান্ডেল করার সক্ষমতা।
· বেসিক কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান (MS Word, Excel, ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং)।
· প্রয়োজনে শিফট ডিউটি করার মানসিকতা।
