Cantonment Board, Dhaka Cantonment

Cantonment Board is the local Government of Dhaka Cantonment. It serves the Municipal services to it

Cantonment Board Govern by the Cantonments Act, 1924 (Act II of 1924). As per the Act Dhaka cantonment Board does all types municipal activities like conservancy service, running Schools & Colleges, Hospital, provide streetlights, setup and maintain gardens, roads, mosques, park, grave-yard, plantation and beautification etc. At present there is one college, six Schools, one market, one graveyard, 1(one) hospital & five mosques under Dhaka Cantonment Board.
