Friends, We’re excited to announce that Rickshaw puller training & licensing has officially started from 22nd Jul 2025. This initiative has been launched by the Local Government Division (LGD). Web portal and apps have been developed to facilitate Rickshaw puller licensing and Auto-rickshaw registration. The portal and apps is developed by the BNDA team, Bangladesh Computer Council. National e-Service Bus is playing a pivotal role in the success of the e-Return system. With over 10 lakh users registered and 2 lakh tax returns submitted, National e-Service Bus is ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service for the National Board of Revenue(NBR) to verify taxpayer mobile numbers.

Instead, just provide the necessary information, like bank statements. They are using our national e-service bus to verify mobile numbers for taxpayers submitting e-returns. This integration not only enhances the accuracy of the verification process but also streamlines tax compliance, making it easier for everyone to file their taxes online.

As already informed about the workshop on Bangladesh National Digital Architecture was held successfully on 30th June 2024 at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka. Mr. Md Shamsul Arefin, Honorable Secretary, ICT Division was present as chief guest. Participants from 45+ ministries were present in the seminar. Dr. Pallab Saha, General Manager (India): The Open Group, President: Association of Enterprise Architects (India), presented Digital Transformation in Government with Whole-of-Government Architecture. The workshop regarding the Automated Customer Enrollment System took place at the ICT Tower. It was overseen by Mr. Ranajit Kumar, the Executive Director (Grade-1) of BCC, who chaired the workshop. Over 50 participants from various departments of both BCC and the ICT division attended the workshop. Notable attendees included representatives from the Ministry of Land and the NBR. The workshop was led by Senior Technical Specialist, Mr. Tanimul Bari, and his team from the BNDA team. Mr. Bari delivered a comprehensive presentation on the system, followed by a live demonstration where participants offered spontaneous feedback from diverse perspectives.
