We at DPDS Ltd. are looking for a Data Analyst Associate to help us track productivity and project KPIs. This is your chance to learn modern BI tools and work directly with senior management to drive insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and manage timesheet data from employees.
2. Build and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
3. Analyze data from finance, payroll, and operations.
4. Identify productivity and efficiency trends across teams.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Director’s Office.
6. Collaborate with Finance Operations to connect financial and performance data.
7. Ensure accurate data entry and visualization for decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Basic knowledge of data analysis and Excel.
✅ Familiarity with Power BI or Google Looker Studio.
✅ Strong skills in reporting and visualization.
✅ Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
✅ Fresh graduates with eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply!

💰 Stipend: 15000-18000 BDT/month

1. Manage and update daily financial entries in QuickBooks.
2. Prepare client invoices and reconcile project budgets.
3. Track and support payroll operations.
4. Prepare daily cash flow snapshots and budget variance reports.
5. Collaborate on project budgeting and expense tracking.
6. Upload and maintain financial reports in ClickUp.
7. Work closely with the Data Analyst to provide KPI inputs.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Basic knowledge of accounting principles & MS Excel.
✅ Familiarity with finance tools (QuickBooks preferred).
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
