at the IUB Library.

Let us come together to celebrate the role of libraries in knowledge creation and lifelong learning.

The IUB Library is pleased to have co-organized the launch event of “𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡.” The program took place on 26th January at the DMK Lecture Gallery, IUB. The program brought together a distinguished gathering, including the Chairman of the IUB Board of Trustees and other Trustee members, Vice-Chancellors, Pro-Vice-Chancellors, senior administrators, and faculty members from various universities across the country attended the program, making it a truly collaborative academic gathering.

During the ceremony, the editor of the book, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐛, officially handed over a copy of the publication to the IUB Library. The book was received on behalf of the Library by our Librarian, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐝. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐪𝐮𝐞. This important scholarly contribution is now part of our expanding academic collection and will greatly benefit researchers, faculty members, and students.

The IUB Library remains dedicated to fostering knowledge sharing, supporting academic excellence, and enriching the research environment within the IUB community.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗨𝗕 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗜𝗙𝗟𝗔) on January 01, 2026, enabling it to engage with international library networks, professional frameworks, and knowledge-sharing platforms associated with IFLA, supporting the development of library services in line with established global practices.
