So the message is:

There is always room to optimize, simplify, or eliminate waste.

Continuous improvement is the real secret behind high performance.

Real-Life Example: A Business Improving Customer Service

A company reduces response time by training support staff.
Then they adopt a ticketing system.
Later they use chatbots for basic FAQs.
Then they introduce AI to categorize tickets automatically.

Result:
Each improvement halves the time again - and there’s always a newer, better tool.

In short: Success is not a one-time achievement; it’s a habit of learning, adapting, and improving again and again.

বাংলাদেশ ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স ইউনিটের অধীনস্থ ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল ইন্টিগ্রিটি এন্ড কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের এক প্রতিবেদন বলছে, আর্জেন্টিনার সাথে বিকাশ লিমিটেড ব্রান্ডপার্টনারশীপের চুক্তি করতে গিয়ে নিয়ম না মেনে ৪ লাখ ১০ হাজার ডলার আজেন্টিনা দলকে পরিশোধ করেছে। যা সুস্পষ্ট দেশের আইনে মানি লন্ডারিং। বৈধ কোন ব্যাংকিং চ্যানেল ব্যবহার না করেই এই অর্থ পরিশোধ হয়েছে।
প্রতিবেদনে বিকাশের মানিলন্ডারিং নিয়ে অধিকতর তদন্ত চাওয়া হয়েছে। বিকাশের বিরুদ্ধে কেনো ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবেনা,সেটাও জানতে চাওয়া হয়েছে।
একটি সূত্র দাবি করেছে, বিদেশ থেকে আসা বিকাশ লেনদেনের আড়ালে নিয়মিত অর্থ পাচার করা হয় বিকাশ এবং নগদের মত মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলার মাধ্যমে।
