Through a long process of organizational development, the Company that started its activities in the year 1968 almost from scratch, achieved rapid and steady growth under the youthful exuberance and dynamic leadership of its Founding Managing Director as well as its present Managing Director in particular with able assistance and concerted efforts of its Directors, engineers, technicians and employees in general and the Company is now in the forefront of Construction Industry in Bangladesh. Since its inception as Partnership Company till to date the Company successfully executed diverse projects like construction of international standard Highways and Bridges, Factory Buildings of Sugar and Textile Mills, as well as Pharmaceutical Complexes, Functional buildings, International standard Hotel buildings, Auditoriums, Academies and Warehouses, Food and Fertilizer warehouses, Railway Tracks, Power Plant, Overhead Tanks, Discharge Channels and so forth, to the entire satisfaction of its clients. The Company has in its key positions considerable number of experienced and dedicated Civil, electrical and mechanical engineers, management personnel and skilled technicians. Inc. of Philippines, Samwhan Corporation of Korea, China Harbour Engineering Company & H.H. Consortium of China and others. The Company also successfully executed several projects like US Embassy Chancery Building (sub-contract basis), new elementary School Building of American International School, Dhaka at Baridhara and British High Commissioner's New Residence and British High Commission's Amenities Centre at Baridhara, Dhaka etc. under different foreign missions. executed different construction projects under various international Consultants like Louis Berger (USA), Snowy Mountains (Australia), Renardet S.A. (Australia) etc. The Annual Turnover of the Company as on 30.06.2011 was around US$ 29.61 million.
